Op Lakendal is het aangenaam verblijven. Vele 1ctiviteiten. Goede sfeer. Lekkere keuken. Vriendelijk personeel. Mama zegt ´ik ben hier thuis´. Mooier kan je Lakendal niet verwoorden.

Mooie, grotere kamer dan meeste RVT's. Meestal vriendelijk personeel. Wel prijzig.

Ondanks het nijpende personeelstekort is de service nog heel goed. De directie en medewerkers zijn uiterst behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk en je kan altijd bij hen terecht met vragen of opmerkingen.

aucune compassion pour les résidents ,nourriture médiocre , ne pense pas aux bien être du résident ( régime non suivie ,oublie les repas ,.....)

Over het algemeen super gemotiveerd,behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel!Top!Maar in mijn ogen met veel te weinig,vooral ih weekend,op piekmomenten,en s'nachts.Kleine kamer,die veel te warm is id zomer(alleen airco in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes)en ongezonde (goedkope) tussendoortjes met veel suiker.Jammer als je zoveel betaald elke maand!Begrijp ook niet dat er naar de overheid wordt gewezen ivm de prijsverhoging,daar Armonea een privé bedrijf is die winst maakt.

Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de la maison de repos. Deux remarques toutefois:
La qualité de la nourriture est très moyenne, trop de graisse et risque d'augmentation du cholestérol. Le personnel est parfois arrogant. Il serait intéressant qu'une formation continue en communication non violente soit proposée.

Sonnette d'appel non fonctionnelle, mauvaise qualité des repas, peu de fruits et légumes frais, trous dans les draps de lit, nettoyage irrégulier, seul point positif: la gentillesse du personnel passant dans les chambres et la chambre lumineuse et fonctionnelle.

Directie is gemakkelijk aanspreekbaar, met de bewoners wordt rekening gehouden als mens, voldoende animatie, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en voldoende en gezonde maaltijden

Rien ne change - oubli régulier des changes les lundis et vendredis. Sonnette enfermée dans le tiroir de la table de nuit, encore une erreur dans la distribution des médicaments.
