IL CIBO è poco vario e di cattiva qualità a parte qualche eccezione, poca carne o pesce mentre viene servito troppo affettato (da sei mesi per cena al mio parente viene sempre proposto il prosciutto cotto o il tacchino affettato); sarebbe più opportuno proporre dei formaggi freschi e morbidi o le uova. A volte gli OSS non riescono a soddisfare tutti i pazienti per il poco cibo proposto.
Il servizio di ristorazione è poco curato e le vivande vengono proposte in malo modo senza rispetto per la persona. La frutta non sempre è adeguata per gli anziani, sarebbe meglio la frutta cotta, oppure le banane, oppure le mousse di frutta. Le mele sono difficili da sbucciare e dure come le arance. Forse è meglio una spremuta.
L'ASSISTENZA MEDICA va un po' meglio, gli ospiti sono abbastanza seguiti ma non è possibile che ci sia una sola capo sala per una struttura di 180 persone! Per quel che mi riguarda il mio parente è vostro ospite da 6 mesi e nonostante ne abbia fatto richiesta, non sono ancora riuscita a parlare con un geriatra o uno psicologo. A questo punto mi chiedo se il servizio medico, a cui ci si può affidare e di cui fate tanta pubblicità, sia veritiero.
FISIOTERAPIA alcuni medici fisiatri sono molto professionali e comprensivi, ma il loro numero non è sufficiente per il numero di pazienti da seguire.
SVAGHI: non sono molti e i film proposti non mi sembrano molto adeguati.
GIARDINO: unico svago nella bella stagione che non esiste, le carrozzine non si possono portare in un "pratino" dissestato. Il secondo anche lui molto piccolo è un budello con n. 4 panchine. Potreste rivedere il MEGA parcheggio interno allargando il secondo giardino mettendo a disposizione dei parenti più panche o sedie.
In conclusione, considerando quanto scritto, NON SONO SODDISFATTA, LA SCELTA DI PORTARE NELLA VOSTRA STRUTTURA IL MIO FAMILIARE E' BASATA SULLA VICINANZA E DI POTERGLI FARE VISITA MOLTO PIU' SPESSO

Mi sono trovata molto bene, meglio del previsto, mia mamma finalmente è serena, in un ambiente adatto, personale gentile e collaborante. Unica pecca la lavanderia: capi puliti, ma molta confusione coi capi dei pazienti

SONO TUTTI MOLTO DISPONIBILI, GENTILI E PREMUROSI CON GLI ANZIANI RESIDENTI. MOLTO CORRETTI PER LA PARTE ECONOMICA . LA STRUTTURA e' NUOVA E PULITISSIMA. L'UNICA PICCOLA PECCA E' L'UBICAZIONE PERCHE' PER ORA NON HA VERDE MA HO VISTO CHE STAVANO METTENDO RAMPICANTI E PIANTE NEL TERRAZZO.

In generale, indipendentemente dalla necessità per la quale viene richiesto il soggiorno presso la struttura, il luogo, l'organizzazione ed i servizi sono eccellenti.

Ok va bene ,sperando in futuro che migliori completamente, anche perché la struttura è stata aperta solo a marzo, e quindi per inserirsi sia il personale, sia gli anziani ci va un po di tempo, e un po di sperienza.

La zia ricoverata è vissuta fino al mese prima in completa autonomia nella propria abitazione , poi qui al Baulino ha trovato una calda accoglienza quasi come se fosse a casa sua! Personale sempre presente, sorridente e professionalmente preparato. Avevo già sentito parlar bene della vostra struttura, oggi ne ho avuto conferma. Grazie di cuore per ciò che fate ogni giorno per rendere ai vostri ospiti una serena permanenza.
