Il mio familiare con fatica , dovuta al suo carattere, si sta trovando bene. Mi dice che ogni tanto il mangiare non lo trova buono. Ma nell' insieme siamo soddisfatti.
L' unica nota stonata, il costo della macchinetta. 90 centesimi, per caffè della macchinetta, lo trovo eccessivo.

Ho portato mia mamma in un'altra struttura.La de amicis è molto disorganizzata, nessuno sa nulla dei pazienti e rimpallano i parenti da una persona all'altra. Mia mamma in particolare ha avuto un ictus e l'infermiere ha continuato per giorni a sostenere che non aveva nulla che era una paresi passeggera dovuta al parkinson. Ho dovuto costringerli a chiamare l'ambulanza dopo 3 giorni. Poi quando è rientrata dall'ospedale ho consegnato una ricetta per le medicazioni alle piaghe da decubito e due garze che mi ha omaggiato l'ospedale in attesa della ricetta del medico curante (della struttura). Non solo non hanno mai fatto fare le ricette per le medicazioni, ma non si sono neppure sprecati a usare quelle che avevo consegnato loro. Mi sono trovata molto bene con il direttore precedente, la direttrice attuale è molto superficiale e l'equipe vergognosa.

Sono sempre stati tutti molto gentili e attenti, consiglio vivamente questo posto che è come stare in famiglia!

Flebo idratanti previste, ma non somministrate. Nessuna attenzione per la prevenzione delle piaghe. L'assistito è arrivato in struttura senza lesioni, dopo 20 giorni lo abbiamo portato a casa (prima della scadenza prevista dalla Asl) con piaga da decubito già in necrosi.
Sempre allettato, raramente (solo 3 volte) trovato sulla sedia, fisioterapia prasticamente mai effettuata, a nostra richiesta di chiarimenti è stato risposto che è una RSA quindi responsabilità dell'ospedale dare false speranze a pazienti e famigliari

La Struttura è seria. Molti aspetti però sono da migliorare, in particolare la qualità del cibo, non gradito dalla maggior parte degli ospiti, i bagni poco curati in cui mancano sapone e asciugamani.

Non sono contenta perché da qualche mese a mio padre è sparito parecchio abbigliamento comprato nuovo e mio padre si trova per questo sempre sprovvisto di roba di ricambio

L' accoglienza, l' accudimento e il personale tutto si e' rivelato sin da subito molto soddisfacente e tale da migliorare le prestazioni cognitive e motorie dell' assistito Gio. Sono passati solo 6 mesi ma consigliamo questa struttura per i vostri Cari.
