Je trouve que l ensemble du personnel est très bien . Mais il n est pas suffisant. Les résidents qui ne peuvent bouger sont de longues périodes sans personne à leur étage. Les aides soignant ne peuvent pas donner autant de temps qu'ils le souhaiteraient aux résidents qui en ont grandement besoin

Le personnel soignant est bon. Ce qui l'est moins c'est le cadre. Le salon dans lequel les résidents passent leurs journées est désespérant. Il manque des ouvertures sur l'extérieur. Il manque de la verdure. Il manque des arbres. Il manque le chant des oiseaux.

Il y a un manque crucial de personnel, avec de longs moments déserts sans personne à qui s adresser, notamment l après midi et pendant les nombreuses formations du personnel. Cela aboutit à des soins non donnés, des informations qui ne circulent pas, une impossibilité de joindre au téléphone l infirmière coordinatrice, des repas de bien moins bonne qualité qu il y a quelques mois, du linge perdu ….
