Impensable que le wifi soit aussi peu fonctionnel pour le prix payé, déconnection systématique après un an et impossible de connecter plus d'un appareil...on ne peut pas utiliser une tablette perso...c'est pourtant le b à.ba de base de n'importe quelle résidence... Réglez ce problème c'est pas compliqué à faire dans la configuration merci. De plus extrême difficulté pour le mettre en place, jetez un œil dans l'hôtellerie comme c'est facile :)

Tout le personnel de jour et de nuit a été aux petits soins pour ma tante, sur le plan médical, infirmier, soignant, auxiliaire de vie ou administratif. Ma famille et moi même sommes extrêmement reconnaissants car jusqu'au bout tout a été fait pour son confort. Professionnalisme et gentillesse.

Je trouve que globalement le fonctionnement de l Ehpad est correct. Je regrette surtout que les résidents soient très seuls entre le repas du midi et le goûter, il n y a personne à l étage
