dopo una settimana una mia richiesta non è stata ancora evasa inoltre, alcuni operatori mi sembra sottolineo mi sembra, siano poco inclini al dialogo con i degenti rifugiandosi nella loro postazione a consultare i cellulari

Ritengo la struttura valida, anche se qualche aspetto è migliorabile: le proposte gastronomiche non sempre sono adatte a persone anziane che faticano a masticare, in alcuni momenti non c'è abbastanza personale disponibile per l'assistenza richiesta. Comunque in generale la direzione, la segreteria, la reception, il personale sanitario e assistenziale sono molto cordiali e disponibili al dialogo.

Aumento a mio avviso ingiustificato della retta di 5 euro al giorno, la qualità del cibo discreta ma non buona come dovrebbe essere viste le promesse di inizio anno. Altri piccoli dettagli che non mi indico a cambiare il voto. Dimenticavo, camera eccessivamente calda.

Tutto il personale è competente e disponibile. Assistenti Sociali, Medici, Psicologi, OSS e assistenza varia. Al ricevimento trovi sempre persone sorridenti e disposizione. Mia madre dopo un periodo di frequentazione nel "diurno", abbiamo visto il suo "stare bene" e da breve tempo è ospite nell'istituto in maniera permanente. Consiglio.
