Sono molto soddisfatta dell'attenzione alla persona e del lavoro che viene fatto da tutto il personale affinché l'ospite possa sentirsi accolto e diventi parte di una serie di relazioni. Si avverte un grande lavoro nel tentare di instaurare una dimensione che richiami il più possibile quella di casa.
