Directie en personeel zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Er heerst een goede sfeer.

Beste, Dankjewel voor jouw trouwe deelname aan onze tevredenheidsenquête, jouw mooie scores en opmerkingen. Ik neem de punten ivm de maaltijden mee naar onze "werkgroep maaltijden". Sommige medewerkers zouden beter een andere job kiezen. Mensen zijn geen meubilair.

Er wordt veel aandacht besteed pm het verblijf aangenaam te maken voor de inwoners.
Door de "creaties " van de bewoners wordt er geld ingezamald om uitstapjes/ vakantie
te kunnen organiseren.

Bien pour les personnes qui ne sont pas dépendantes. Les autres semblent être oubliées et "parquées" à longueur de journée assises devant leur place à table dans la salle à
manger. D'autre part, le service d'entretien des vêtements est lamentable.

Persoonlijk vind ik dat de kamers er niet echt proper bij liggen.
Ik zie heel veel plekken op grond, vensterbank/tafeltje en poefje niet echt proper en wordt te weinig afgeveegd!

Le manque récurrent de personnel rend la gestion au quotidien difficile pour le personnel. Cela aboutit à des repas servis froid en chambre, des erreurs dans la distribution des médicaments (ce qui est grave !), sans parler de la nourriture qui n'est toujours pas bonne.

Sachez que notre volonté est de maintenir une qualité de soins optimale, c'est pourquoi des engagements supplémentaires ont été faits ainsi que des aménagements d'organisation pour le bien-être de nos résidents. Concernant les repas, notre chef cuisinier fait son maximum pour respecter les envies et besoins de nos pensionnaires. Des comités de restauration sont d'ailleurs organisés chaque mois afin de nous améliorer. N'hésitez pas à y participer avec votre maman ou à revenir vers nous si vous avez des questions. een goed score maar niet perfect omdat ik de indruk heb dat jullie onderbezet zijn van personeel

Venez prendre la place d'un résident pendant une semaine, ça vous donnera une idée des inconforts qu'ils traversent. Sans jugement, tout le monde semble faire ce qu'il peut ! Les concepteurs de ce type d'entreprise se sont mis d'avantage à la place des actionnaires que dans un lit avec un lange en attendant d'être levé ou dans le job des soignants en général. C'est d'avantage un problème politique et social.
